This happened to me all the time and buyers just canceled without doing further research. This time I had a buyer that wanted to do research and I was lucky enough to find Arizona Ramjack. Thank you for your assistance in providing emergency support services to stabilize the foundation supporting the north wall of building after the foundation had been under-mined by a broken water supply line. You and the crew responded immediately, on short notice, at the end of the day on Friday and worked until 3:00 am on Saturday to ensure that the foundation of the building was supported to avoid collapse and to allow for the plumbing contractor to safely access the under-ground plumbing line below the front of the building. Your quick response to the call is greatly appreciated by all involved in the project.

I called three different foundation repair places to get bids, 2 of them did not spend much time looking over the foundation (about 20 mins) they talked about what they do and said they would get back me 1 to 2 weeks on the estimate. AZ Foundations came out and the estimator was very professional and got on his hands and knees went over the foundation showing me what was happen. He showed pictures on the materials they use and how it’s installed, the estimator was very nice and took his time. He then sat down with me and gave me an estimate on sight all within 1-½ hours. The worker that showed up to do the work was very professional and did a great job and cleaning up after was perfect; it only took 6 hours to get the work done. I was going to pay the rest of the bill when the employee that did the work told to me hold off on writing the check. He called the office talked to them about what was done and that it was not as bad as we thought it going to be and gave me a bill lower then was agreed on contact. This makes me feel great about a company that is willing to bill less then what was agreed on. I wish other companies would do this; they would just charge what was quoted and leave. This is very top-notch company; I like the warranty that comes with their work it was the best out of three. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

AZ Foundation Solutions has performed foundation stabilization and poly lift and leveling on the foundation and floor of my house. The work was performed professionally and the crew was knowledgeable in the application of their trade. The sales department was knowledgeable with the process and always responsive when I had questions concerning the job. Overall a good experience.

Arizona Foundations has done a remarkable job in restoring the structural condition of our home.
