From the free inspection all the way to installation of new piers, the entire crew that I've interacted with (Chris Ortiz, Adam Rhodes, Greg Andrews) have been excellent. Chris did a great job going over the initial inspection and the later review of what was going on with the house. Adam came in and did a great job doing the home survey. Greg's installation team came in and did a quality install. We recently had Arizona Foundation Solutions repair our house foundation! Brian Patrick was our consultant and did a great job in the beginning explaining exactly what the process was going to be. What repairs they needed to do, the different choices we had to accomplish what needed to be done and helped us get the loan needed to pay for all the work. Gregory Andrews and his crew were AWESOME!! They did an amazing job in less time than what was originally estimated. Greg is very knowledgeable and didn't mind me asking a bunch of questions or watching them work! He also did some sewer, drain pipe repair and replacement therefore we didnt have to call a plumber and wait for them to do the reconfiguration of pipes around the pillars! They were very professional, were careful moving and using equipment on the property. When they were done, after cleaning up, you couldn't even tell they had been here. The area looked better than before they came and did the work! We would STRONGLY RECOMMEND them for ANY work someone else needed!! Thanks again all of you for making a very unpleasant situation alittle easier to take!!!

They say knowledge is power!  After consulting with foundation specialist Chris Ortiz before and after the engineering study on our foundation I feel completely confident that I understand our foundation problems and what my options are for correcting the issues. His excellent verbal description with great visual aids showed exactly where and what was going on.  Additional videos completely show the process of repairs. Although it will not be cheap or quick I feel it will be done right.  He had answers for all my questions from finances to timelines.  Everything is completely up front.  The company came highly recommended by multiple contractors. I am especially assured by their lifetime transferable warranty that goes with the house.

I wanted to have an engineering analysis performed prior to construction plans being made. Other companies I contacted weren't very clear about how their process worked and how they made their repair plans. AZ Foundation Solutions provided clear engineering analyses along with the repair plan. 

About 6 years ago I had Arizona Foundation Solutions come and fix my slab foundation due to Mesquite trees lifting it up searching for water. Their roots had not only traveled underneath the house but they were affecting the pool as well. None of the windows would open no matter how hard u tried to force them open ( I was on my second set of windows). They came and jack hammered not only the garage, family room, front porch as well as the back porch, but around the whole perimeter of my house. Then they dug down about 9’ or until they hit bedrock and giant 85lb., brackets were attached to equally giant screws, which also attached to the house’s foundation. A fellow with a manometer measured the slope on one side of the house, it was 3 inches different! I was present for the lift, very gradually the house was lifted to be level with the other side of the house. One by one the windows made a popping sound and I was able to open my windows again! They filled all the areas they had drilled into with concrete plugging up the voids, laid down new cement sections in the back patio and the garage. They not only saved my house, but they stabilized the foundation. Guaranteed for 75 years and a transferable warranty. The Mesquite trees came out! All 4 of them. When it says on their tag, no water once established, don’t u believe it! Thank you again Arizona Foundation Solutions, I recommended you to a friend in Tempe who was having issues with his brand new house of two years! When his house was built it wasn’t tied to the foundation and was beginning to slip off of it during one of our monsoon rains. You r a life saver🤗
