After purchasing our home, we called Arizona Foundation Solutions to investigate a sloping floor issue.  Frank came out immediately and did a thorough inspection of our house and foundation.  With his information the engineers were able to determine that a portion of our foundation was sinking.  Although the report, scheduling and permitting took a while, once the work started we were very pleased.  Victor Mendoza and his crew member Alex were the best.  Victor's knowledge and pride in his work was very evident. He took the the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and answered all of our questions about smart jacks, piers and underpinnings.  His experience really came through with the lifting of the house.  We were very pleased with the results and would recommend this company to anyone needing a resolution to foundation problems.

These guys were great to work with. Their enthusiasm and expertise really made them shine and they were very helpful too. They used their own time to help troubleshoot a plumbing issue with me (thank you Marcus) and a water runoff issue (thank you Gregory and team). These items were completely outside of the parameters of the foundation work which just supports the family feel. Would use again without question!

From the very beginning Bryan Wooldridge has been amazing! We were buying a house in Ahwatukee with stem wall problems but we were still living in New Mexico so our real estate agent met him at the house. Bryan explained everything so thoroughly and in such an easy to understand way that my agent was able to easily explain it to my husband and I. Bryan then followed up with a report outlining everything the same day. I had a question regarding one part of the house after we moved in and he came back out to meet with me and answer my questions, all of this at no charge. He was so kind and caring, I have total confidence that Arizona Foundation Solutions is going to do a great job on our home. I'll put in another review when the job is done.It's now 2 months later and our stem wall has been repaired and we couldn't be any happier. Our foreman for the job was David Bickers and he was fantastic! He was really thorough on the job and noted things that didn't need to be done and saved us quite a bit of money. I needed Foundation work done on my home and I knew it would cost some money. I wanted to make sure I chose the best company. After speaking to AZ Foundations, I knew I made the right choice. They were very informative over the phone and sent out a Consultant Chris. Chris was very professional and was able to explain everything to where I understood. Anytime I called him, which was many, he was able to speak to me and let me know what to expect, including when I wanted to add more work. It got even better once the Installation Crew came out. Edgar and his crew were fantastic, they were very professional, they knew what they were doing, and they told me what they were doing. They were the hardest working crew I've seen in a long time, and I was in construction. I would recommend AZ Foundation Solutions to anyone! Thank you guys!

He drilled the foundation vent as close to the corner of the closet as he could. This excellent location provides more space to easily access the shelves. The PVC was installed straight up into the ceiling and looked like it had been there since the house was built. There was minimal damage to the tiled floor with only a small piece of tile being removed. The surrounding area looked fine and was cleaned after the installation. I was impressed by the PVC path that Barry chose to install in the attic. It is just how I would have installed it. We were also very impressed by the professional manner he displayed as I periodically interrupted him again and again with questions during the installation. His quick responses showed us he is very knowledgeable on how the system is installed and functions. At the completion of the installation he summarized  what he had done and showed us what to look for in case the fan fails. Again we are very satisfied and impressed by his work. Please convey our thanks and compliments to Barry.

We called AZ Foundation Solutions to fix our home. We heard foundation work could be costly so we called not expecting to be happy about it. We were wrong. Our Consultant Chris came out for an inspection and just talking to him put us at ease. He was very friendly and seemed like he had been in the field for years! He answered all our questions and let us know what to expect. We decided to do Engineering so we could find out what was happening to our home. Chris again came out and explained our Report in full detail! We were together so long we felt like he was apart of the family. He let us know what to expect and what possibilities could also arise. We decided to do the work. What we were most happy about was this, everything Chris told us to expect, including the timeline and potential for hiccups happened like he explained to us. We had Fernando and Danny come out and install Piles and Jacks and they did everything they said they were going to do. By far the best experience with a Contractor we’ve ever had! We highly recommend AZFS to all, as a matter of fact, we referred a friend and understand Chris was able to take care of them too!

We had AZFS come out to fix our home. I had a different experience than my husband. Chris came out for our first appointment. I could tell he was very good at his job, but I didn’t understand a lot of it like my husband. He took the time to explain what he was saying in 2-3 different ways till I understood. You have no idea how helpful that was, especially considering how much it could cost us. I must have called, text or emailed Chris about 20 times through the whole process. He picked up or responded immediately or within the same day to keep me at ease, even when the installation crew was out, I called to be reminded of what they were doing. I have to say, I had zero knowledge of foundations and after having Chris and the crews here, I’m almost an expert. I highly recommend Arizona Foundation Solutions to all!

We had piles installed around part of the perimeter of our home and jacks down the center. The crew, led by Steven was excellent and made sure we were comfortable with all that was going on. Every time I called our salesman, Freddy, I received a prompt reply. Even though it was expensive, I am relieved that our home has been properly repaired and that the warranty is transferrable. Arizona Foundation Solutions just completed the repairs on our house that was sinking. Cracks everywhere and doors that would not shut. This company was fantastic. They explained the process every step of the way from the sale with Brian to the completion of the job with Stephen and crew. Awesome work and very concerned with my satisfaction. Our experience in working with Arizona Foundation Solutions has been excellent. Our sales rep, Ryan Tracey, explained the process clearly and stayed on top of the scheduling process through completion of the work. He was very responsive to our questions and comments. Stabilizing a foundation and slab is a major project. A successful outcome is the result of many factors, with knowledgeable and hard working employees at the forefront. The foreman on our project, Greg Andrew, is a very experienced and dedicated person who made sure the project was done right. His commitment to doing the best job possible is impressive. Despite long hours working in hot and dusty conditions, Greg and his crew put forth their best efforts 100% of the time. In addition to Greg, two newly employed workers, Alfonso and Isaac followed Greg's lead and quickly embraced his work ethic and commitment to doing the job right. They maintained a positive attitude with good attitudes despite long hours of hard work. Upon completion of the foundation work, slab stabilization work was performed by Sara. This lady is amazing. Knowing we were trying to complete the work in order to facilitate carpet installation, Sara arrived at our house promptly at 0800, having left the valley 4 hours earlier. She too is very experienced and methodical in the performance of her work. She was 100% committed to doing the work successfully and in a timely manner. While it will take time to assess the effectiveness of the stabilization project, we already can see positive results in the form of formerly problematic doors and windows which now are opening properly. A word of caution: If you are having work done inside the house as part of the solution, pay attention to the company's recommendations for mitigating the effect of dust created in the process. This, coupled with hiring someone to help with the clean up process will be well worth it. We believe we made the right decision in selecting Arizona Foundation Solutions to do this job. We look forward to enjoying the results for years to come

Well there hasn't been any groundwork done yet, but if it turns out as professional as the experience that I have had with Brian Guthrie. Then I should be impressed. Mr. Guthrie is a man that doesn't demand respect, he truly earns your respect. From the first time I met Mr. Guthrie he expressed concern for my foundation issues and answered my questions with extensive knowledge of what the causes of my foundation issues may be and what needs to be done to correct them. Mr. Guthrie is a true professional, very easy to communicate with and a man that I'd call my friend. Thank you, Brian, for your efforts and your help with my foundation.
