Composite interlocking can be performed to tie the broken pieces of the concrete together. The existing cracks will be cleaned and non-parallel lines will be cut across the existing cracks. Next carbon fiber laminate stitches will be inserted into the non-parallel cuts and then the gaps will be filled with a 2 part poly.

Finally, the crack should be ground smooth to minimize the differential. If done properly, this will allow the slab to function as one floating unit to help prevent the damages to flooring, ceiling and walls. If this is instead expansion joint separation, the joint should be cleaned, routed, and re-caulked with an expansive joint filler.

I have a large driveway which needs a lot of cracks repaired.
Project Location: Vail, AZ
Home is 3 years old and showing a lot of cracks. We had carpet removed and tile laid down last week, and under the carpet were a lot of cracks in the cement. Also, walls are coming apart at the seam. Some tile cracks in the downstairs bathroom (that we did not replace).
Project Location: Vail, AZ
Strange odors coming from beneath the house. Need inspection to establish the source.
Project Location: Vail, AZ
We recently had a slab poured and it already has a decent amount of cracks. While we know it's normal to have some we have been told the number of cracks and size of them is not. We would like to have a second opinion that is not the company who installed it.

Two sections on our walkway are dipping. Also can you fix driveways? I have a tree root lifting a section

Project Location: Vail, AZ
Prior home inspection noted slight settling under home and the supports under the home need a few adjustments. There was also prior water damage. This home is a manufactured home.
Project Location: Vail, AZ
Cracks in post tension slab. Cracks were visible when house was built in 2012 and we pulled the carpet up to get ready to lay tile down this week. The crack appears to have grown in width by a little bit and the crack is generally a high spot.
Project Location: Vail, AZ
Cool decking around the pool is getting holes that is showing the cement under to cool decking. Need a quote to get replaced and maybe add some additional cool decking.
Project Location: Vail, AZ
Driveway slab cracked and dropped 1" from heavy delivery truck
Project Location: Vail, AZ
I have a house under contract and there are some cracks that my buyers want to find out more about. Thank you! I also left you a voicemail on Saturday evening.
Project Location: Vail, AZ
Rodent problems. We live in a manufactured home and when they installed all the plumbing they left large holes in the plywood and never filled them in. I believe there are holes in the underbelly plastic so they are coming right into our home. We need all the holes in the plywood patched up and then encapsulate under there so its not so scary to go under there to inspect for rodent damage from time to time & to get better insulation ( using foam boards ) under there. Thank You
Project Location: Vail, AZ
I have a crack in my roof and diagonal cracks above my window.
Project Location: Vail, AZ
Crack by window and across livingroom floor. some outside concerns as well.
Project Location: Vail, AZ
My one half of a double wide manufactured home feels like it goes downhill, and I am afraid it's going to sink, and break in half.
