Alexis Chatman has been with Arizona Foundation Solutions for 4 years. Her prior 14 years of working in a high-volume call center, answering customer calls and identifying solutions, she was able to develop extensive skills in working with customers, even when they were distressed. She is excellent at deescalating situations and always finding a way to make the customers happy. She has also attended training with our national dealer Foundation Supportworks.
Her daily duties include training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service, communicating courteously with customers by phone, email, letter and face to face. She also handles the customer complaints, issuing warranties, schedules appointments, improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for her department.
What she loves most about her job is that she gets to change people's lives by making them feel more comfortable in their home/castle. She also gets to educate her customers and know that they are getting the best company to fix their foundation needs. Also she really loves working with the team here.
When Alexis isn't at work, she enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, dancing, journaling, fishing, gardening, playing tennis and cards. She would also love to learn to play the guitar.
